Mrs Rashmi has been a practicing mental health professional for over 8 years. She has a passion for helping people find the light in them. She graduated with BSc in Psychology (Hons)- from Missouri University of Science and Technology, USA. Also, she has a – MSc in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of West London, UK. Furthermore, she has a – Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Institute of Psychological Studies, Sri Lanka. She has nearly 10 years of experience as a lecturer, and she has been working with children with special needs for over 5 years as well. One would describe her to be empathetic, non-judgmental, enthusiastic, independent, and friendly. In addition to being a mental health professional, Rashmi is a digital creator and influencer with over 150,000 social media followers collectively.
